Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Framework
Marappliance™ accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
The 30-day period begins on the recorded delivery date.
Customers are encouraged to examine the product within a reasonable period after arrival.
General Return Condition
For an ordinary preference-based return, the item should generally remain:
-
unused beyond reasonable inspection;
-
clean;
-
materially unmodified;
-
complete;
-
free from customer-caused damage;
-
and accompanied by original packaging and included accessories where reasonably possible.
Opening a package solely to reasonably inspect a product does not automatically make that product ineligible.
Products That Have Been Used or Modified
A preference-based return may be affected where a product:
-
has been extensively used;
-
has been materially altered;
-
has been intentionally damaged;
-
is missing important parts because of customer handling;
-
or has been used outside its normal intended purpose.
These conditions do not automatically limit assistance for products that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with their description.
Starting a Return Request
Before sending an item back, contact:
Please provide:
-
your order number;
-
the product concerned;
-
the reason for the return;
-
the current product condition;
-
and photographs where relevant.
After-sales enquiries are normally reviewed within 3 business days after sufficient information is received.
Wait for Return Instructions
Customers should not ship merchandise before receiving the applicable return instructions.
This allows our team to identify the appropriate return facility and handling procedure.
Sending merchandise without instructions may result in unnecessary delay if the parcel reaches a facility that cannot process it.
Return Address
The company's published legal address is:
Room JT11587, Building 2, No. 988 Jingtang Road, Jiading District, Shanghai.
This identifies Shanghai Miluke Network Technology Co., Ltd. as the operator of Marappliance™.
It is not automatically the merchandise return warehouse.
The appropriate return location may depend on the product, warehouse allocation, destination, and fulfillment arrangement.
The correct return information will be supplied after approval.
Preference-Based Returns
A preference-based return can include situations such as:
-
changing your mind;
-
selecting an unsuitable variation;
-
no longer requiring the product;
-
or deciding not to keep a correctly supplied product that matches its description.
For a preference-based return, the customer is generally responsible for reasonable return transportation costs.
A trackable return service is recommended where available.
Items Arriving Damaged
If a product arrives materially damaged, contact customer support promptly.
We may reasonably request:
-
photographs of the full product;
-
photographs showing the damage;
-
packaging photographs;
-
and a brief explanation.
Defective Items
If a product does not function as reasonably described, contact support and explain the issue.
A short video may be requested where it is reasonably useful for understanding the reported defect.
Incorrect Items
If the product received differs from the product ordered, contact us with photographs showing the delivered item.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Products Materially Different From Their Description
Customers should report a product that is materially inconsistent with the principal description provided at the time of ordering.
Minor variation caused by lighting, screen settings, materials, manufacturing tolerances, or routine production updates does not automatically constitute a material discrepancy.
Who Covers Return Transportation
For ordinary preference-based returns, the customer is generally responsible for the return transportation cost.
Where an item is confirmed to be:
-
damaged on arrival;
-
defective;
-
incorrectly supplied;
-
or materially inconsistent with its description because of our fulfillment process,
we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear additional transportation costs caused by the confirmed issue.
Missing Accessories or Components
If an expected component is missing, contact us before returning the complete product.
Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include:
-
supplying the missing component;
-
replacing the product;
-
approving a refund;
-
or another appropriate remedy.
Return Inspection
After an authorized return arrives at the designated facility, the product may be reviewed to verify:
-
product identity;
-
condition;
-
completeness;
-
and consistency with the approved return request.
Reasonable wear to external packaging alone will not automatically invalidate an otherwise eligible return.
Refund Approval
Following review of an eligible return or other approved resolution, a refund may be authorized.
Approved refunds normally complete within 7–10 business days.
When the Refund Period Begins
The 7–10 business day period begins after refund approval.
External processing systems may affect when the completed amount becomes visible.
If more than 10 business days have passed following confirmation of approval, contact:
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order that has not progressed beyond the stage at which cancellation is operationally possible.
When an Order Can No Longer Be Stopped
If warehouse handling or dispatch has progressed too far, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where eligible, the product may still be returned after delivery under this 30-day policy.
Fair Handling of Customer Requests
Our process is designed to determine the appropriate destination and resolution rather than create unnecessary obstacles.
Confirmed fulfillment errors and genuine product issues will be assessed according to the circumstances rather than automatically transferring responsibility to the customer.
